ORAL SESSIONS

The time for oral presentations will be:
　45 minutes (35 min. presentation + 10 min. discussion),
　30 minutes (23 min. presentation + 7 min. discussion),
　20 minutes (15 min. presentation + 5 min. discussion).

• A PC projector will be available.
• We would appreciate if　the presenter could use his/her own　Laptop PC, by connecting it to the PC projector having 2 or 3 switching channels.
• The presenter is strongly advised to check the proper connection to the projector before the session.
• If the speakers need to use an overhead projector (OHP)　for his/her presentation, please contact M.Aniya as early as possible.
• We could not accept a request to use any other projector such as slide and / or video projector.

POSTER SESSION

• Poster sessions will be held in 27 October (Tuesday) from 17:50 to 20:00.
• The size of the poster board is 120 cm (width) × 180 cm (height).
• Poster presenters are kindly requested to set up their poster before 16:00 of 27 October.
• Pushpins or adhesive tapes for the set up will be provided.
• The poster should be dismounted at 20:00 of 27 October.
