Important information to participants

1. For participants requesting entering VISA to Japan

Some participants who need an entrance VISA did not contact with the conference chairperson although the registration was made. Please send an e-mail through ncm14(at)kumamoto-u.ac.jp. ((at) should be replaced by @) with a requested document. The procedure may take two weeks for postal connection. The registration fees cannot be paid back in any cases.

2. For participants staying Nichiigakkan Kobe Island Center for the accommodation during the conference.

This accommodation room has only cable internet connections but no Wifi connection. (The conference sites are available.)

If you cannot use cable connection for your computer, and would like to use internet from your accommodation room, please try to get your own SIM card at Kansai Airport (KIX).
